3D Workflow Supervisor/ Colorist, CAMERON | PACE GROUP - Burbank, CA 2007-2013

Design and implementation of digital stereoscopic workflows. Researched and developed new stereoscopic tools. Built and maintained post-production facility for Cameron Pace Burbank. Oversaw and managed over a million dollars worth of purchases including hardware, software and support contracts. Designed stereoscopic dailies color pipelines for studio feature films. Worked with studio executives on schedule of dailies turnaround and specifications, and prepared workflow diagrams for all departments. Trained and hired local talent for production jobs worldwide, including China, India, Hungary, UK, New Zealand, and Canada. Trained on and evaluated VFX software platforms for stereoscopic R&D. Responsible for assuring quality of 3D images to department heads, including Directors, Directors of Photography, VFX Supervisors, and Editors.
